Art Therapy is mental health approach for counseling/therapy combinging  talk as in traditional therapy and clinical art making directives to deepen the the therapy process. Art Therapy is guided by an Art Therapists who shall be registered with American Art Therapy Association (ie ATR+their number) for a title of "Art Therapist" to provide "Art Therapy Services".  Licensed/Registered Art Therapists complete a graduate / PH.D degree with a specialization of how to to use to catalyze the therapy process.

I am not artistic?

No problem, and you will see what I mean and feel so much relief. 

Seems too out there?

Most people do. Then again do you really have anything to lose giving a new a new approach a try?

Can I bring my spirituality into my therapy process?

My child won't go to therapy

Very common concern. I provide parents coaching for their child's first appointment to avoid meltdowns.

I am not sure if my insurance will cover it
